The Ka Iwi Mauka Lands are 182 acres overlooking Awawamalu and Makapuʻu. Volunteers remove invasive species and restore the land while respecting its immense cultural significance. The Ka Iwi Coalition organizes mālama ʻāina activities and yearly "Ka Iwi Explorations" hikes.
