Koheo Wetland, Ka La'i o Ke Kioea Bird Sanctuary

Overview

10 acre coastal salt marsh home to the Kioea (Bristle-thighed Curlew), the Official Bird of Kaunakakai. Managed by Nene O Molokai volunteers, the site is utilized for Wildlife Without Walls, a STEM-based environmental education program that extends classroom curriculum to the outdoor environment.
