Become part of Hawaii’s conservation story

Our Hospital Volunteer Program offers the unique opportunity to help with the day-to-day tasks required to operate the wildlife hospital and the chance to help assist staff with animal care treatments and feedings. The majority of the work involves cleaning and keeping up with aviary and pool maintenance but staff will also seek your assistance with animal care treatments and procedures as needed. If you have particular skills we may ask you to help us with special projects such as aviary maintenance, gardening, grounds upkeep, etc.
