Mālama Maunakea volunteer day

Every Maunakea volunteer invasive weed pull helps to reduce habitat for invasive ants, prevent the spread of invasive species, and prepare the area for future restoration projects.  Transportation to and from Hilo and lunch are provided. Departure from Hilo is at 8:00 am and returning around 3:30pm. Please let us know if you're coming from other parts of the island and we'll help coordinate transportation. Families are welcome. Space is limited.
