Become part of Hawaii’s conservation story

Aloha mai kakou!
In honor of National Trails Day, we invite you to join WMMWP for Volunteer Stewardship on the Waihe'e Ridge Trail.  We will combat invasive strawberry guava along the trail while talking story about the importance of a healthy watershed and fighting threats to our native rainforests.  Strawberry guava has been recognized as one of the worst weeds in Hawaii, and it has been encroaching up Waihee Ridge, choking out native forest plants in its path.  We seek your help to control this highly invasive species!

Spots are limited, so kindly RSVP by Wednesday, June 3 via phone (808-661-6600) or email (outreach@westmauiwatershed.org).  Mahalo nui!
