thorough, able to get along well with people, self-motivating but follows instructions well, must like physical outdoor work. Takes pride in being a steward of nature. Able to learn to differentiate between good plants and weeds. Able to use (after instruction) lawn mowers, weed-eaters, chain
saws, hedge trimmers. Able to negotiate steep terrain under wet, slippery conditions. Able to supervise small groups of students or volunteers.
