The Maui Invasive Species Committee Education/Outreach Program Assistant is a part-time position working with the Maui-based Hōʻike o Haleakalā curriculum and Maui Mauka Conservation Awareness Training program. Duties involve sharing the curriculum through presentations and workshops with students and teachers, along with providing quality conservation training to visitor industry professionals. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university, one-three years of experience working in a natural resource-related field, and experience in public relations or education/teaching related to natural resource management in Hawai‘i. Applications must include a cover letter, resume, three supervisory references, and a copy of degree(s)/transcripts/certificates.
