Description of Event
Ocean has been recognized as priority policy agenda and blue economy is promoted as a way to bolster conservation and sustainable use of marine and coastal resources while at the same time to pursue sustainable development, improve livelihood and empower local communities. The speakers will address lessons and future perspectives to promote blue economy particularly in the small island states and communities in the Pacific.
Registration is free, and everyone is encouraged to attend. There is no deadline for registering but it will close when the room capacity of 200 is met.
