Become part of Hawaii’s conservation story

It is time again for our quarterly meeting! This session we will be hosting a guest presentation by Shannon Noelle Rivera, Project Manager of the Citizen Forester Program. Shannon will share some the work she and the community have already done to map and inventory the urban trees of Oʻahu (including Mānoa) and the ways that botanists can get involved!

We will also brainstorm about upcoming activities to engage members and talk about opportunities to volunteer with local botanical organizations like the UH Campus Arboretum.

The meeting starts at 7pm and is located at the Mānoa Public Library. Parking is free and light pupus are provided.

See you there!!
