Join us and learn how to make delicious summer pie! We will learn how to prepare a single pastry crust and a double pastry crust and to put together a scrumptious summer pie! Participants will select one variety of pie to prepare and bake during the workshop to take home and to enjoy!
Instructor Cynthia A. Murakami Pratt, brings years of culinary experience to this exciting WOW Workshop. Cyndy is a recently retired culinary arts teacher from Kapolei High School where she inspired hundreds of students in the kitchen! She enjoys spending time developing recipes and published a cookbook, From the Heart of Hawaii's Families. Cyndy is passionate about cooking,

Children 12 years and older are welcome, accompanied by an adult. |
