Iolani Palace 364 S King St, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813
Floral Parade celebrating the life and legacy of Hawai'i's King Kamehameha I. Parade starts in Downtown Honolulu and makes its way down Punchbowl, to Ala Moana Boulevard, turning onto Kalākaua Avenue, ending at Queen Kapi'olani Regional Park.
Parade theme: "E Ku'upau a Kanile'a Nā Mele Kūpuna - Play Without Restraint Until the Songs of Our Ancestors Resound Joyously!"
We're celebrating Hawaiian marching band music, honoring Mr. Aaron Mahi and John Riggle as the Parade grand marshals. Both have played an instrumental (pun intended) role in the marching band scene in these islands.
