Conservation Connections Job Manager
Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 5:30pm - 8:30am
UH Mānoa’s Art Auditorium
Renowned psychologist and business professor Sheena Iyengar will speak on the ways human beings make choices and how those decisions shape lives.
Iyengar’s seminal research focuses on the psychology of decision-making, addressing how humans face challenges in a world where they are inundated with options. Her current research has expanded to examine how to construct our selves and social networks, and how to experience authenticity in an increasingly technological and uncertain world. Her lecture at UH will propose that reconceiving choices can make for more meaningful lives.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for the 6 p.m. event. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. On-campus parking is available for $6. The facility is ADA accessible. The event will also be live streamed.
