Become part of Hawaii’s conservation story

The Kupu RISE Program, in partnership with Keep the Hawaiian Islands Beautiful (KHIB), is hiring a RISE Fellow to support a project to implement the Keep America Beautiful Litter Index, a national methodology for assessing litter, throughout Oahu. The RISE Fellow will work with KHIB to plan a series of litter surveys in three to five locations per City Council district where trained volunteers will walk through predetermined areas and count the amount and types of visible litter.
