Restoration Project Assistant

Hui o Koʻolaupoko (HOK) is seeking a full-time Restoration Project Assistant to provide support for various projects including outreach, hands-on restoration and community interaction and project effectiveness monitoring.

Duties include, but may not be limited to the following:

 Researching, creating and managing a homeowners outreach program;

 Assisting HOK staff with restoration projects;

 Interacting with and educating community volunteers;

 Developing monitoring plans;

 Collecting field data; and

 Analyzing collected water quality samples and other data.

Approximately 60% of the position will be dedicated to homeowner outreach and restoration work and 40% dedicated to developing monitoring plans and data collection.
