Volunteers and Mentors are the heart and soul of Surfrider Spirit Sessions. Our success comes from the power of human connection and community. When you join as a mentor or volunteer you become part of our Surf Ohana (family). While you work with youth one-on one, you’ll also be in a group setting and will get to surf and play with other cool folks just like you. We provide the activities and equipment. All you need to do is show up and be yourself.
You don’t have to be a surfer to be part of our Surf Ohana. Many talented professionals and compassionate individuals have contributed their time and talents to help our kids. We can always use photographers and videographers, event coordinators, publicists/promoters, fundraisers, writers, and administrative support.
