Community and Stakeholder Support

Contractor assistance is being sought to provide planning, facilitation and strategic community engagement guidance for stakeholder engagement activities for the Imua Maunalua community-based planning project in Maunalua Bay. Work conducted under the contract stemming from this RFP will directly support Maunalua Bay planning activities. The Maunalua Bay planning process is an open, transparent, efficient process that engages the community of the Maunalua Region and the Community Planning Team in the bay-wide planning activities. Over a 25-month period (December 2015 – December 2017), there will be specific stakeholder engagement needs at specific points in the process. For purposes of this RFP, ‘stakeholder engagement’ is a broad term, and may include a variety of activities in a range of levels of formality, including broad invitational workshops, small public meetings, formal public hearing-type situations, and meetings targeting specific constituencies.
