You provide administrative support and information to the Resource Management Division on the practical and technical aspects of office administration including: - Work closely with the Budget Analyst to coordinate the Resource Management budget and finance functions. Prepare program document and record expenditures from purchase documents. - Serve as payroll coordinator. Input payroll records (time and attendance) into Quicktime. - Prepare and submit requests for personnel actions (SF-52). - Prepare travel documents (authorization and voucher). Make travel arrangements. - Assist division staff with procurement of goods and services. Track and maintain purchase card statements for division personnel. Maintain informal property inventory records. - Type correspondence, memoranda, reports, work schedules, etc., from drafts or notes provided, using word processors. Maintains central division files and office files, including contract and project files. Withdraw materials from and returns materials to files. Maintain electronic backup files. - Serve as division receptionist; take, record and distribute mail, telephone, radio and e-mail messages. Make arrangements for division staff and other meetings.
