OVERVIEW

Kupu, Hawai‘i’s leading conservation and environmental education nonprofit, is looking for individuals to take part in their upcoming Kupu ‘Āina Corps program. The key objective of the Kupu ‘Āina Corps is to provide paid, part or full time career building employment opportunities for those that have been affected by COVID-19. Program participants will gain invaluable field experience, relevant certifications and have the opportunity to network with conservation & in the field experts. While simultaneously developing personal skills in the areas of leadership, organization, and decision-making. Positions are available throughout the state with Kupu’s partner sites organizations and agencies state-wide. Each site offers unique positions in their area of specialty, including ornithology, botany, natural and aquatic resource management, marine biology, Hawaiian cultural studies, agriculture, renewable energy and more!

Individual Placement $14.00 per/hr

EMPLOYMENT DURATION

 

Round 1: February 7, 2022 - January 28, 2023 

Round 2: February 22, 2022 - February 11, 2023
