Experienced Mahi`Aina Coordinator. Must have a solid background in organic farming/gardening and deep commitment to perpetuating the health of the land and people. Will be responsible for overall development and management of KKV’s growing community food production, Grow, Prepare, Shareprogramming.

Kind and respectful, able to work with all age community members, through hands-on educational experiences at KKV’s Nature Preserve, Ho`oulu `Aina. Responsible for hands-on operations, management, and strategic thinking, including: organic food crop propagation and harvesting; assurance of food quality and supply; operational planning, training and evaluation. Required communication and facilitation skills, ability to manage a budget, as well as working knowledge of farming tools and machinery.
