The primary purpose of this position is to conduct research and planning studies required in the development of policies, comprehensive land use, water, and cultural/natural resource planning; to prepare plans for the development of geographic areas (e.g. islandwide, development tract, regional/communities); to provide support to advisory councils and other mechanisms to consult with and solicit beneficiary and public input; and to perform other professional planning work

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
