The non-profit Hawai‘i Endangered Bird Conservation Program is seeking a Coordinator to supervise the field team releasing and tracking the critically endangered ‘alalā on Hawai‘i Island.
This field team leader will supervise ~five staff and interns. The team takes care of ‘alalā before birds are released into the wild, tracks and observes ‘alalā in the forest, and maintains infrastructure and equipment. Additional responsibilities for this position include hiring, training, and supervising staff and interns.
